Conference venue

We are pleased to inform you that a 4-star Hotel Rzeszów, where conferences MICROMECH2014 (8-11 July 2014) and HYDROFRAC2014 (14-16 July 2014) will be held, provides special rates for participants and accompanying persons since July 6 until July 18.

The prices per night are:

• single room: 204 zł (49 Euro)
• double room: 258 zł (61 Euro)
• lux: 343 zł (81 Euro)

The price includes breakfast, parking, gym and fitness centre.

To apply for the reduced-price reservation, write your request in the „Comment” box on the registration form (see Registration page), indicating the dates of stay and the type of a room.

Once the participant obtains a confirmation of the requested booking from the Organisers, the registration and accommodation fees can be paid directly to the Organisers in a single transaction (see Payment details).

Please note that the accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
